Salesforce Trainer (Full-Time)

About the role

SmartBridge Educational Services is seeking a passionate Salesforce Trainer to deliver high‑impact learning experiences to aspiring technology professionals. You will guide learners from foundational concepts to advanced, project‑based implementations, ensuring they are ready for industry placements.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Salesforce training sessions in virtual and classroom settings.
• Lead learners through hands‑on, project‑based modules covering fundamentals to advanced topics.
• Design and mentor real‑time, industry‑relevant Salesforce projects.
• Own end‑to‑end batch delivery, including planning, assessments, progress tracking, and performance reporting.
• Conduct doubt‑clearing sessions and provide technical guidance during labs and projects.
• Manage content and learner tracking within Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Continuously update training material to reflect the latest Salesforce releases and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align training outcomes with placement goals.
• Mentor junior trainers and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Salesforce learning track.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical Salesforce experience.
• 0–2 years of professional experience with strong hands‑on Salesforce administration and development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities in both English and Hindi.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and enabling learner success.
