Salesforce Software Engineer

About the role

Join the Digital Business Solutions team to design and develop Salesforce‑based solutions, focusing on Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and AI‑driven features such as Agent Force and Einstein. You will work on both programmatic and declarative components to deliver scalable, high‑impact services.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to define requirements for Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and AI‑enabled functionalities.
• Design, build and maintain Service Cloud capabilities (case routing, Omni‑Channel, Knowledge, automation) and Experience Cloud portals for internal and external users.
• Develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, Flows and integrations using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
• Prototype and implement AI enhancements (Agent Force agents, Einstein Bots, Prompt Builder) to improve case deflection and agent productivity.
• Participate in code reviews, ensure compliance with Salesforce governance, and support release management via Copado, Gearset or SFDX.

Required profile

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with hands‑on Salesforce development.
• BS in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent; Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical trade‑offs to non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, Aura, JavaScript, HTML, XML, SQL.
• Experience with Service Cloud (Case Management, Omni‑Channel, Knowledge) and Experience Cloud site customization.
• Familiarity with AI tools on Salesforce – Agent Force, Einstein Bots, Prompt Builder.
• Knowledge of integration technologies – MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Copado, Gearset or SFDX.
