Salesforce Lead

About the role

Encora Innovation Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead to drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions for its clients. The role requires 8‑10 years of hands‑on experience across multiple Salesforce clouds and a strong ability to translate business needs into scalable technical designs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce packages, including fields, objects, layouts, workflows, process builder, and validation rules.
• Design and implement solutions using Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, Classic and Lightning frameworks.
• Lead integration projects with third‑party systems, handling data migration and environment synchronization.
• Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and produce technical documentation.
• Mentor team members on best practices for Apex, Visualforce, Java, AJAX, and Mulesoft development.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of Salesforce development experience, including managed package development and deployment.
• Graduates of any discipline with proven expertise in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Lightning.
• Relevant certifications: Salesforce Admin, Platform Developer I, JavaScript Developer (required); Advanced Admin, Platform Developer II (preferred).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and multi‑tasking abilities.
