Sales Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Trainer to design, deliver and continuously improve training programs for our sales and customer service teams in Indore. The role includes creating modules on product knowledge, soft‑skills, compliance, and financial market concepts, as well as coaching agents to raise performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training modules covering product, process, soft‑skills, communication, sales, SOPs and induction.
• Coach agents on English language aspects, pronunciation, cultural nuances and customer interaction techniques.
• Provide ongoing feedback and performance coaching to enhance employee effectiveness.
• Support floor‑training initiatives and assist in designing training materials.
• Gather feedback to improve training content and develop action plans for low‑performing staff.
• Deliver financial market training focused on Forex and Comex.
• Conduct on‑the‑job training (OJT), refresher sessions and certification processes.
• Lead compliance and customer‑satisfaction training sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum graduate or post‑graduate qualification.
• Talkative, enthusiastic and innovative personality.
• Knowledge of global markets, specifically Forex and Comex.
• Fluent English communication with strong sales and marketing aptitude.
