Sales Trainer – Health & Wellness

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Trainer to boost the performance of our sales team at Noguilt, a multi‑brand wellness group. You will design, deliver and continuously improve training programs that equip consultants with the skills, product knowledge and motivation needed to succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales training curricula covering techniques, customer handling and product expertise.
• Conduct engaging training sessions for new hires and existing consultants, using role‑plays, workshops and real‑life scenarios.
• Monitor trainee progress, provide feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement.
• Maintain consistency of training content and align delivery with organizational goals.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics and adjust programs as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Sales Trainer, preferably in health or wellness.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities, capable of engaging groups up to 30 participants.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training programs independently.
• Experience coaching and mentoring sales professionals to achieve targets.
