Sales Trainee – Retail Gold Loan

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Trainee to promote retail gold loan products in Thane. The role focuses on driving sales, meeting targets, and delivering excellent pre‑ and post‑sale support to customers. You will work closely with the sales team to understand product features and market needs, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the loan lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of gold loan financial products and achieve the targets outlined in the goal sheet.
• Deploy effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Provide comprehensive pre‑sale and post‑sale support and services to clients, ensuring a smooth loan process.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and partners, ensuring alignment with their requirements and expectations.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and suggest improvements based on data insights.
