Sales Team Lead – US Market

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Team Lead to head a group of Academic Counsellors focused on the US market. In this full‑time position you will drive revenue, mentor your team and ensure a top‑notch customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coach a team of Academic Counsellors.
• Monitor individual and team KPIs, sales performance and CRM data quality.
• Conduct regular performance improvement and training sessions.
• Drive lead conversion and achieve revenue targets for the US market.
• Analyse sales metrics, identify gaps and implement improvement plans.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and share performance reports.
• Support hiring, onboarding and training of new team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, EdTech sales or education consulting.
• At least 1 year of experience managing a sales team.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
