Sales Team Lead (Inbound Sales)

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Team Lead to oversee our inbound sales operation, drive performance, and ensure the achievement of revenue targets in a high‑volume digital environment. The role blends people leadership, performance management and execution of sales strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of inbound sales advocates to achieve sales targets.
• Drive performance across direct sales and lead generation motions.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve outcomes.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Present performance insights and business reviews to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with trainers and coaches to enhance team capability.
• Manage sales content, processes, and communications effectively.
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement strategies.
• Foster a high‑performance, collaborative sales culture.
• Oversee quality and pipeline management standards.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of sales experience, including 2–3+ years in team leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience managing inbound or inside sales teams.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, cloud, SaaS, and M365 solution sales.
• Strong data‑driven decision‑making and analytical capability.
• Experience in fast‑paced inbound sales or presales environments.
