Sales Team Lead – Healthcare Solutions

About the role

HealthTick is looking for a Sales Team Lead to drive growth of its lifestyle‑change programs in the healthcare sector. You will manage a high‑performing sales team, ensure quality interactions with prospects, and lead post‑webinar conversion efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and enrollment targets.
• Foster a collaborative, high‑trust team culture and maintain strong morale.
• Implement and monitor call quality standards, conducting regular QA audits.
• Design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding and training programs for new and existing sales members.
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
• Own webinar sales conversions and execute effective post‑webinar follow‑up strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales team lead or supervisory role.
• Proven track record selling lifestyle‑change, wellness, health‑tech, or subscription‑based services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong empathy.
• Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and motivate a sales team.
• Highly responsible, self‑driven, and accountable for outcomes.
