Sales Team Lead – EdTech

About the role

Accredian is seeking a dynamic Sales Team Lead to build and manage a high‑performing sales team focused on enrolling professionals in its ed‑tech programs. The role involves full ownership of monthly revenue targets and shaping a culture of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train and lead a team of 10‑15 sales representatives from the ground up.
• Own monthly quota and drive revenue targets for the team.
• Motivate team members, guide them to close deals and achieve top revenue numbers.
• Develop deep knowledge of product features and benefits.
• Foster a high‑performance culture where members feel valued and driven.
• Provide continuous feedback on call quality and ensure high standards.
• Collaborate with reporting management to align the team with organizational goals.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2C sales with annual targets of 10+ crore.
• Experience managing a sales team of 20+ associates, including leads/ATLs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly self‑motivated with a target‑driven mindset.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in education or related industries.
• MBA preferred but not mandatory.
