Sales Support Associate – Customer Service (Bangalore)

About the role

The Sales Support Associate works in a semi‑voice process to handle customer orders for Home Depot and related brands. Based in Bangalore, the role combines phone and email interactions to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide enquiry support for Home Depot stores and NFM stores.
• Manage the HD Slab Warranty helpline and special order sales operations.
• Respond to web‑based customer queries and handle email marketing communications.
• Collaborate with sales, purchase, imports, and accounting teams to resolve order issues.
• Perform additional duties as required, including night‑shift coverage.

Required profile

• Proficiency in French at B2 level or higher.
• 1–4 years of experience in an international voice process, preferably in order management; fresh graduates may also apply.
• Strong relationship‑management skills for liaising with customers and US stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work night shifts.
