Sales Staff (On‑site)

About the role

TrakVora Tech Solutions is looking for a motivated Sales Staff member to join its Kolkata office. In this full‑time, on‑site role you will identify and qualify new customers, deliver sales presentations and product demos, and nurture leads through calls, emails and face‑to‑face meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate contract terms.
• Coordinate with marketing, technical and onboarding teams to ensure smooth customer integration.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and generate regular sales reports.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and provide market feedback.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business development abilities, including lead generation, prospecting and closing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for presenting solutions to diverse audiences.
• Basic understanding of technology products with the capacity to explain technical features simply.
• Excellent organization and time‑management, able to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kolkata and travel locally for client meetings.

Required skills

• Competence in common office software.
