Sales Specialist

About the role

RDC Concrete (India) Ltd is seeking a proactive Sales Specialist to expand its presence in the ready‑mix concrete market. Based in Goa, you will work on‑site, engaging directly with construction, infrastructure and real‑estate clients to understand their project needs and promote tailored concrete solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the region.
• Manage existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare, present and follow up on proposals, negotiating commercial terms.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to guarantee timely delivery and service quality.
• Track sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM or reporting tools.
• Provide regular market and competitor insights to management.
• Support customer training, product demonstrations and internal knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in construction materials or infrastructure.
• Capability to work on‑site and travel within the region as needed.
• Diploma or degree in business, engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Experience using CRM tools for pipeline and client management.
