Sales Specialist – International Travel Packages

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to promote and sell international holiday packages for our travel agency. The role focuses on high‑value destinations, including CIS countries, and requires strong knowledge of international travel products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and convert prospective customers for international travel packages.
• Prepare detailed itineraries, costings and quotations tailored to client needs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of destination offerings, especially CIS and other international markets.
• Follow up leads diligently, ensuring a high conversion rate.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless booking and service delivery.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in international travel sales.
• Currently residing in Delhi and able to work on‑site.
• Female candidates are preferred.
• Must have proven sales, follow‑up and conversion abilities.
• Experience limited to sales; operations, ticketing, hotel booking or reservation experience will not be considered.
