Sales & Revenue Executive

About the role

Musafir is seeking a proactive Sales & Revenue Executive to own the commercial performance of its hospitality properties in Udaipur. You will interact directly with travellers, manage OTA listings, and drive pricing strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram and other channels, understand guest needs and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Upsell room upgrades, experiences and ancillary services while maintaining a robust follow‑up pipeline.
• Manage property listings on OTAs such as Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda and Airbnb, keeping inventory, rates and restrictions up to date.
• Monitor OTA performance, identify visibility opportunities and coordinate with property teams for accurate inventory.
• Track competitor pricing, occupancy trends and market demand to adjust rates, maximise ADR and overall revenue.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales and booking reports, track conversions, cancellations and share insights with operations and marketing.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with a talent for convincing customers.
• Commercial mindset comfortable working with numbers and pricing data.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently.
• Passion for travel, hospitality and delivering great guest experiences.
• 1–3 years of experience in hotel sales, OTA management, reservations or revenue management is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience using OTA platforms (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, Airbnb).
• Familiarity with CRM tools for lead management.
