About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Reservation Associate to join our corporate office in Siliguri. The role focuses on driving hotel bookings, managing client enquiries and supporting the sales pipeline across corporate, group and individual segments.
Key responsibilities
- Handle room reservations, enquiries, calls, emails, and follow‑ups.
- Coordinate with hotel properties for availability, rates, and bookings.
- Generate and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Manage corporate, group, travel‑agent, and individual bookings.
- Maintain reservation records and sales reports.
- Build relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate partners.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in hotel sales or reservations (preferred).
- Excellent communication and customer‑handling abilities.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi and the local language.
- Strong negotiation and follow‑up skills.
Required skills
- Knowledge of hotel PMS/reservation systems
