Sales Representative – Retail (Ujjain)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our retail team in Ujjain. You will be the first point of contact for walk‑in customers, helping them discover our products and services while driving daily and monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk‑in customers in a professional manner.
• Explain product features, offers, and services to customers.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure stock availability.
• Coordinate with billing and inventory teams for smooth operations.
• Handle customer queries, follow‑ups, and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 12th pass (HSC) or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, customer‑focused attitude with willingness to learn.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to work in a retail environment and flexible to day & UK shifts.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
