Sales Representative – Hybrid (Kozhikode)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join Nile Food Products in Kozhikode. This full‑time hybrid position combines on‑site client visits with the flexibility to work from home, focusing on expanding our presence in the Kerala food market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts, building strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Kozhikode region.
• Visit clients regularly to present product ranges, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure timely order processing.
• Coordinate delivery logistics and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Track sales performance, collect market and competitor insights, and relay feedback to marketing and product teams.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, preferably in FMCG or food product sales.
• Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of food product distribution channels and retail operations.
• Effective planning, route management and time‑management capabilities.
• Fluent in English and local Kerala languages with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within Kozhikode and surrounding areas.
