Sales Promoter

About the role

The Sales Promoter position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Tezpur. You will represent Airtel Enterprise Services, engaging customers, explaining product offerings and converting interest into sales at retail or field locations.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate Airtel Enterprise Services products and plans to customers.
• Answer customer queries, provide basic service information and support promotional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities and merchandising displays.
• Coordinate with the local sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure promotional materials are correctly displayed and updated.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with courteous interaction.
• Clear communication skills for explaining products to diverse customers.
• Proven sales and promotion abilities to meet targets.
• Basic familiarity with operating systems for using sales applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; flexibility to work on‑site and variable hours.
