About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Professional to join our retail team in Thiruvananthapuram. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will drive sales, deliver excellent customer service, and help achieve store targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales and meet daily/weekly targets.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide effective demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate sales records and manage inventory levels.
• Collaborate with team members to support overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on understanding needs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Flexibility to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is a plus.
• Previous retail or sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
