Sales Person – Field Work & Data Collection

About the role

We are looking for motivated Sales Persons to join our team in Tirur, Malappuram. The role involves on‑site field work and data collection to promote and sell our rolling shutter products. You will be part of Multhan Rolling Shutters, a local manufacturer of high‑quality shutters. The position is full‑time and provides a competitive incentive structure.

Key responsibilities

• Visit potential customers in the assigned territory.
• Collect market and customer data during visits.
• Present product information and negotiate sales.
• Maintain daily expense records and submit reports.
• Prepare and update sales logs, follow up leads, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Willingness to work full‑time in the field.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to travel within the Tirur area.
• Basic literacy and numeracy, self‑motivated, able to work independently.
