Sales Officer – Tile Adhesives

About the role

The Sales Officer – Tile Adhesives will be responsible for building and managing a network of channel partners to maximise the reach of NCL’s tile adhesive products across the assigned market. The role combines market development, demand generation and direct sales activities to drive growth and maintain a strong market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and manage distributors, dealers and sub‑dealers to ensure optimal product penetration.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels with channel partners and monitor pricing, credit terms and product mix.
• Design and execute demand‑generation campaigns, including product presentations, demonstrations, content creation and specialised meetings (Mason Meet, Contractor Meet, Architect Meet, etc.).
• Lead lead‑generation and conversion initiatives by visiting construction sites, providing solutions and handling objections.
• Conduct regular market research to gather intelligence on trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Develop and implement a strategic business plan to expand the customer base and strengthen brand presence.
• Prepare and submit required reports in both online and offline formats.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑4 years of experience in channel or project sales of tile adhesives, epoxy, grout or screed.
• Graduate or post‑graduate degree, preferably in Business Administration.
• Proven ability to launch and grow tile adhesive products, with established relationships with dealers, contractors and applicators.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Fluent in English and the local language, with good knowledge of the specific market zone.
