Sales Officer – Kasaragod

About the role

As a Sales Officer you will be responsible for driving point‑of‑sale volume and placement for Ferrero products in the Kasaragod territory. The role requires a results‑oriented mindset, strong field presence and the ability to align local activities with corporate sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned points of sale to ensure product availability, correct placement, visible pricing and appropriate advertising materials.
• Take orders that meet required assortment and visibility targets, and monitor stock levels at each location.
• Identify and develop new business growth opportunities within the territory.
• Communicate promotions, catalogue updates and placement optimisation to clients, driving innovative sales approaches.
• Build and maintain relationships with store contacts, supporting category‑management discussions and improvement projects.
• Report store activity, POS quality, customer quality and other KPI performance to the Field/Regional Manager.
• Implement merchandising activities and ensure compliance with agreed retail price trends.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Valid driving licence.
