Sales Officer – Field Sales (Bilaspur)

About the role

Ferrero is looking for a proactive Sales Officer to drive sales growth in the Bilaspur territory. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring optimal product placement, and building strong relationships with retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
• Visit points of sale within the territory to verify product availability, placement, pricing, and promotional material.
• Take orders, manage assortments, and ensure stock levels meet visibility goals.
• Influence sales through catalogue communication, placement optimisation, and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with store managers and field teams.
• Coordinate merchandising activities and ensure implementation of POS materials.
• Report field performance, monitor KPIs such as POS quality and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Field/Regional Manager, Category Management, and Merchandisers.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Marketing.
• At least 2 years of experience in field sales; FMCG experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Driving licence.
