Sales Officer – Channel & Project Sales

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Officer to drive channel and project sales across our network of specifiers, distributors and retailers. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with dealers and customers, and achieving sales targets for the assigned product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage channel sales and dealer relationships, including project sales initiatives.
• Present products to specifiers, distributors and retailers, highlighting value propositions.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
• Develop and maintain a database of infrastructure developments within the territory to support sales planning.
• Negotiate and secure orders, oversee post‑order activities and ensure timely payment collection according to agreed terms.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve issues and provide ongoing support.
• Network with retailers, dealers and distributors to expand market reach.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales pipeline.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in channel sales, dealer management or project sales.
