Sales Officer – Business Development

About the role
We are seeking a proactive Sales Officer to accelerate our business growth. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, nurturing existing relationships, and meeting defined sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Convert qualified leads into closed sales.
- Provide excellent customer service and post‑sale support.
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate records.
Required profile
- Graduation degree (any discipline) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
