About the role
We are seeking dynamic Sales Officers across India to drive distributor, modern trade and institutional sales for our innovative coffee brand. The role focuses on lead generation, business development and ensuring post‑sale customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and nurture distributor, modern trade and institutional leads to expand business.
- Research and identify new business opportunities across the market.
- Coordinate order processing, invoicing, dispatch and payment while maintaining post‑sale support.
- Handle B2B queries, email communications and conduct calls or e‑meetings with prospective partner stores.
- Prepare regular MIS reports and ensure accurate records of all account information.
Required profile
- Minimum 2‑10 years of experience in FMCG sales and business development.
- Proven experience in generating B2B leads and managing distributor relationships.
- Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical ability to monitor competitor activities and devise actionable strategies.
