Sales Officer – Business Development (2-10 yrs experience)

About the role

We are looking for dynamic Sales Officers to drive distributor, modern trade and institutional sales across India. You will work closely with the sales team to generate leads, expand market presence and ensure customer satisfaction for our innovative coffee products.

Key responsibilities

• Generate distributor, modern trade and institutional leads to grow business.
• Research and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure regular billing and follow‑up with prospective leads.
• Prepare and send MIS/reports on a regular basis.
• Oversee order coordination, dispatch, invoicing, payment and post‑sales support.
• Handle email communications and B2B queries for new business development.
• Call, visit or e‑meet prospective partner stores.
• Maintain accurate records, statistics and a database of all account information.
• Ensure product availability and visibility across stores and platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales or business development.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability to monitor competitor activities and devise strategies.
