Sales Officer – Business Development (2-10 yrs experience)

About the role

We are looking for dynamic Sales Officers across India to drive distributor, modern trade, and institutional sales for our innovative coffee brand. You will work closely with the sales team to generate leads, secure orders, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in FMCG distribution channels.
• Generate and qualify leads from distributors, modern trade, and institutional accounts.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, invoices, and regular billing cycles.
• Coordinate order processing, dispatch, and post‑sale support to guarantee client happiness.
• Maintain accurate MIS reports, sales statistics, and account databases.
• Handle B2B email queries, calls, and e‑meetings with prospective partner stores.
• Monitor competitor activities and propose strategic actions.

Required profile

• 2 to 10 years of experience in FMCG sales and business development.
• Proven track record of generating and closing distributor or institutional deals.
• Fluent English with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset to assess market trends and competitor promotions.
