Sales Officer – Berhampur

About the role

Ferrero is looking for a proactive Sales Officer to manage point‑of‑sale activities in the Berhampur area. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring product visibility, and supporting the implementation of brand initiatives across retail locations.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned points of sale to verify product availability, placement, pricing, and promotional material.
• Take orders, manage assortment, and ensure stock levels meet visibility goals.
• Identify and develop new business growth opportunities within the territory.
• Communicate catalogue updates, placement optimization, and promotions to clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with store contacts and coordinate merchandising activities.
• Report sales performance, POS quality, and KPI trends to the Field/Regional Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Fluent in English.
• Valid driving license.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
