Sales Officer – Agrochemical (Remote)

About the role

The Sales Officer will drive agro‑chemical sales across Madhya Pradesh, working remotely while managing a network of dealers, distributors and retailers. The role focuses on meeting sales targets, expanding market presence and fostering strong relationships with farmers and key influencers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and recruit potential channel partners.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Develop and expand the dealer, distributor and retailer network.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, farmers and key influencers.
• Organise farmer meetings, field demonstrations, crop seminars and product promotional activities.
• Monitor product movement, stock availability and secondary sales in the territory.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from channel partners.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Agriculture (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in agro‑chemical sales.
• Strong knowledge of the local market in Madhya Pradesh.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage channel relationships.
