Sales & Marketing Manager – Voyage AP

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing professional to lead the Voyage‑AP portfolio for St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, a luxury brand within Marriott International. Based in Mobor, Goa, the role will focus on driving revenue, enhancing brand visibility, and delivering the signature St. Regis experience to guests and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies that align with St. Regis’ luxury positioning.
• Lead marketing initiatives, including campaigns, promotions, and digital outreach, to attract high‑value clientele.
• Collaborate with hotel operations and Butler Service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality or luxury services sector.
• Strong leadership and management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment.
