Sales & Marketing Manager – 5‑Star Hotel

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead business development for a prestigious 5‑star hotel. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agents and DMCs, and expanding our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new market opportunities and business segments.
• Pitch and sell room blocks, conferences, weddings, banquets and other event spaces.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with hotel profitability targets.
• Negotiate contracts, handle objections and close deals with high‑value clients.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads, manage follow‑ups and ensure timely conversion.
• Collaborate with hotel operations to align pricing, seasonal offers and market trends.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in the hotel or hospitality industry, preferably with a 5‑star or heritage property.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
