Sales Manager / Sales Executive – Thrissur

About the role

Sobha Limited, a leading backward‑integrated real‑estate developer in India, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager / Sales Executive to lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle for its residential projects in Kerala. Based in Thrissur, you will create and nurture channel partners, generate leads, engage clients, conduct site visits and close bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, onboard and manage channel partners to generate sales leads.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits and present project details, pricing and specifications.
• Follow up with prospects, convert inquiries into bookings and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare sales reports and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to support collective goals.

Required profile

• 2‑10 years of experience in real‑estate sales or high‑value B2C sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication and go‑getter attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel across Kerala and work in a target‑driven environment.
