About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive the growth of our premium residential and commercial projects in Jodhpur. The role involves generating leads, converting them into sales, and building lasting customer relationships within the real‑estate sector.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and convert high‑quality leads into closed sales.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct site visits and deliver compelling project presentations.
- Achieve and consistently exceed assigned sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required profile
- Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, growth‑driven environment.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and customer‑focused.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
