About the role

Leica Biosystems is seeking a Sales Manager to lead commercial growth across Pune and the rest of Maharashtra. The role focuses on expanding market presence for the company’s clinical diagnostics and life‑sciences portfolio, building strong customer partnerships and driving revenue in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and market expansion for the full Leica Biosystems portfolio within Clinical Diagnostics and Life Sciences.
• Build and manage a robust sales funnel, ensuring pipeline visibility and high conversion rates.
• Develop and execute territory and key‑account strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead strategic customer engagements, including contract negotiations, pricing discussions and multi‑site partnerships.
• Accelerate upselling and cross‑selling of Histology, Advanced Staining and Digital Pathology solutions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and institutional stakeholders.
