Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager – South Region will lead revenue growth and market expansion across South India. You will acquire new customers, build a robust pipeline, and maintain long‑term relationships in the RFID and EAS space.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new prospects in Retail, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Warehousing and Supply Chain sectors.
• Generate qualified opportunities through consultative selling and convert them into closed deals.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, requirement gathering, solution presentation, negotiation and closure.
• Leverage existing market connections to reach key decision‑makers and influencers.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows and industry events.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with customers, consultants and partners.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of overall sales experience, with a minimum of 8 years in RFID or AIDC sales.
• Proven track record in business development, pipeline creation and enterprise account management.
• Strong network in South or West Indian markets and C‑suite contacts.
• Willingness to travel extensively as required by the business.
