Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the acquisition of new business and drive revenue growth for our assigned line of business in the Noida/Delhi NCR region. You will be responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets while ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new business and achieve set sales targets.
• Meet assigned revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Manage profit margins and ensure profitability.
• Explore new markets to achieve benchmarked conversion ratios.
• Oversee smooth onboarding of customers and seamless operations.
• Maintain high accuracy in transactions and daily reporting.
• Adhere to SOPs, policies, and procedures at the branch.
• Report daily positions to the dealing room and flag non‑compliance issues.
• Coordinate effectively between customers and the branch service delivery team.
• Manage long‑term customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with RBI, FEMA and AML guidelines.
• Analyze CRM data to refine team approach.
• Provide insights to the Digital Marketing team on customer trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of margin management and market penetration strategies.
• Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines such as RBI, FEMA and AML.
• Excellent coordination skills between customers and internal teams.
• Analytical mindset for CRM data analysis and process improvement.
• Team‑player attitude with a focus on cohesive working.
