Sales Manager – DSA Retail (Kharar)

About the role

The Sales Manager – DSA Retail will lead the Direct Sales Agent (DSA) network for the Kharar region, driving loan disbursements and retail product sales in partnership with ABHFL’s sales team. The role focuses on market analysis, partner performance, and end‑to‑end customer lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a sales plan aligned with ABHFL’s targets, considering local competition and market trends.
• Monitor the local market and competitor offerings, adjusting DSA activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Evaluate DSA network effectiveness, implement operational improvements, and ensure optimal partner relationships.
• Prepare and analyse periodic MIS reports on disbursements, profitability, DSA performance, NPAs and market expansion, providing proactive feedback to partners.
• Identify local business growth opportunities and collaborate with DSA partners to originate and close new customer relationships.
• Maintain clear communication with prospects and DSA partners throughout the transaction process to ensure timely approvals and compliance.
• Design and launch schemes that boost DSA engagement, sales volume and profitability while controlling costs.
• Track DSA processes across sourcing, approval, servicing and collections, driving faster turnaround times and process efficiencies.
• Partner with risk, operations and sales governance teams to adopt best practices and enhance overall operational effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably within retail or financial services.
• Strong understanding of DSA or channel partner models.
• Ability to analyse market data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on meeting targets and improving efficiency.
