Sales Manager – Client Account Growth

About the role

Swiggy, India’s leading on‑demand delivery platform, is looking for a Sales Manager I to own and grow relationships with restaurant partners. You will act as the primary point of contact, understand client goals, and drive revenue through strategic account planning.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for assigned restaurant accounts, understanding their objectives and challenges.
• Develop and execute account strategies to meet growth targets and improve partner performance.
• Conduct regular face‑to‑face business reviews, presenting performance insights and new opportunities.
• Track and analyze sales data, account funnels, and market trends to identify growth areas.
• Improve partner hygiene and health metrics to boost business growth for newly onboarded restaurants.
• Generate incremental revenue and increase market share through monetisation and commercial improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and drive high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Proactively generate leads, pitch Swiggy’s value proposition, and secure new partnerships.

Required profile

• Experience with e‑commerce activities and online marketing channels.
• Confident, go‑getter personality with strong sales aptitude.
• Team player comfortable working with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with good Excel proficiency.
