About the role

Alila Diwa Goa is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the sales function for its Bangalore operations. You will work closely with the corporate team to ensure the department runs efficiently, aligns with Hyatt International’s brand standards, and delivers on revenue targets while satisfying employee, guest, and owner expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the day‑to‑day management of the sales department in line with corporate strategies.
• Act as the primary sales specialist, driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Develop and implement sales plans that meet agreed targets.
• Maintain high standards of service for guests, employees, and owners.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure brand consistency.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive in the hospitality sector.
• Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
