Sales Incentive Plan Analyst

About the role

Leica Microsystems is seeking a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) Analyst to support the execution and continuous improvement of its global sales incentive compensation program. Working remotely, you will collaborate with regional SIP managers and the Global Commercial Operations team to ensure accurate, reliable incentive calculations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update custom‑built SIP tools and related systems, including configuration changes, data uploads, and performance monitoring.
• Extract, clean, and prepare data from Salesforce.com, finance, and operational systems for incentive calculations and reporting.
• Ensure data integrity across multiple sources and support recurring data refresh cycles aligned with the SIP calendar.
• Assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, and documenting calculation logic, rules, and algorithms used for incentive payouts.
• Investigate data discrepancies, perform root‑cause analysis, and provide corrective actions.
• Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance and incentive outcomes.

• Experience working with sales incentive or compensation programs.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, global environment.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
