About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in West Bengal. The role focuses on driving sales growth through direct outreach, engaging both B2B and B2C clients, and generating new leads to expand our customer base.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Identify and engage potential clients via cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase benefits and features.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Track, analyse, and report on sales performance metrics, providing improvement recommendations.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in direct or inside sales roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build client rapport.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
