Sales Executive – Travel & Tourism

About the role

Global Tourist Centre is seeking a full‑time remote Sales Executive to promote its travel packages and convert digital leads into confirmed bookings. You will work closely with clients to design personalized itineraries and ensure a smooth travel experience from inquiry to post‑trip feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and respond to travel enquiries from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Ads and website leads.
• Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences.
• Conduct client calls, consultations and regular follow‑ups.
• Explain itineraries, destinations, packages and trip details clearly.
• Convert leads into bookings, collect payments and issue vouchers.
• Provide support before and during trips, handling any issues that arise.
• Gather client feedback, reviews and testimonials after travel.
• Re‑engage past customers with new offers and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Update CRM records, lead status and customer databases.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in travel sales, tourism or customer service.
• Proven ability to handle digital leads and build client relationships.
• Strong sales orientation with a focus on meeting targets.
