Sales Executive – Travel Packages

About the role

Kingjills Travels is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive to drive growth in its travel offerings. You will generate leads, convert inquiries into bookings, and nurture long‑term client relationships while supporting the operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for travel packages and services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel solutions.
• Follow up on leads, turning them into confirmed bookings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay informed on travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM system.

Required profile

• 0–4 years of sales experience; travel industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM tools.
