Sales Executive – Tourism Products

About the role

Kata Travels Private Limited is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to promote tourism products in New Delhi. The role involves identifying new sales opportunities, advising customers on travel solutions, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should be based near Metro Dashrathpuri, Dwarka and comfortable working on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities for tourism products.
• Handle prospective and existing customers professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel services.
• Follow up leads and enquiries, converting them into sales.
• Prepare and share quotations and related sales information.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth booking fulfilment.
• Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven professional sales experience.
• Strong working proficiency in English and Hindi.
• Located within a commutable distance of Metro Dashrathpuri, Dwarka.
• Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Tourism/Travel or BBA.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable working towards sales targets.
• Prior experience in travel, tourism, hospitality or related services is an advantage.
