About the role

Join Mondelēz International’s mission to lead the future of snacking as a Sales Executive in Chandrapur. You will build and nurture professional relationships with customers, drive base sales, new product development and promotional activities, and ensure strong product visibility across retail outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain maximum visual impact and optimal shelf availability through effective merchandising techniques.
• Implement, monitor and evaluate promotional activities to meet sales targets.
• Place point‑of‑buy materials and ensure correct implementation in stores.
• Report on sales activities, KPI performance and market insights.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid understanding of sales and negotiation processes.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG/CPG.
• Motivation to grow a career in field sales.
