Sales Executive – School Business

About the role

Aplus Notebooks is expanding its footprint in the school market and seeks a self‑driven Sales Executive to develop and manage relationships with schools across Amritsar and nearby areas. You will be the primary point of contact for principals, administrators, and purchasing teams, promoting our ready‑made notebook range.

Key responsibilities

• Visit schools and meet decision‑makers to present product offerings.
• Understand each school's specific notebook requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Generate new orders, follow up on leads, and ensure closure of sales cycles.
• Coordinate customized notebook requests when needed.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with school clients.
• Track visits, leads, orders, and market feedback in a systematic manner.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in school sales, stationery, notebooks, or the paper industry.
• Good knowledge of notebook specifications such as paper quality, GSM, sizes, ruling, and basic manufacturing processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confidence in meeting school decision‑makers and presenting solutions.
• Self‑motivated, responsible, and able to work autonomously.
• Own two‑wheeler or vehicle and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
