Sales Executive – Retail

About the role

The Sales Executive will work on‑site in Hyderabad, engaging walk‑in and referred customers, understanding their needs and presenting suitable premium products. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, maintaining visual standards, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with walk‑in and referred customers, understand their needs and present suitable products.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, including preparing quotations and processing orders.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and track store‑level inventory.
• Coordinate with internal teams for deliveries and after‑sales support.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and provide feedback on customer preferences.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Proven sales abilities such as lead conversion, upselling and cross‑selling.
• Good communication in English and local languages, with clear presentation and negotiation capabilities.
• Attention to detail, reliability and strong time‑management in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Previous experience in retail or customer‑facing roles; experience with premium or lifestyle products is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Hyderabad, including weekends and shift work.
• Minimum high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing or related field is an advantage.
