Sales Executive (Retail)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our retail team in New Delhi. You will be the face of the store, driving daily and monthly sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets on a daily and monthly basis.
• Greet and engage customers, introduce them to the MYOP concept and guide product selection.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards and in‑store displays.
• Conduct stock audits, manage inventory requests and receive deliveries.
• Complete daily checklists, DSR reports and adhere to SOPs and store timings.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the CX department when needed.
• Assist the store manager with stock management and promotional material preparation.

Required profile

• Graduate or fresher with 1‑3 years of retail sales experience, preferably with B2C brands.
• Strong communication skills and ability to converse in multiple languages.
• Excellent work ethic, time‑management and customer‑service orientation.
• Willingness to complete all mandatory trainings within set timelines.

Required skills

• Customer engagement and product presentation.
• Stock handling, inventory management and merchandising.
• Ability to follow SOPs and store etiquette.
